At NAVEDA, our investments in real estate development projects span from single-and multi-family projects to mixed-use developments projects that include residential, commercial and retail units. While many of our projects are new construction, others are renovation of existing office space, existing houses, condos, and apartment buildings. Our goal for every project is to maximize the value of the project and return on investment.
